01Getting startedDoes CarMovi include videos or channels?
CarMovi is a player for content you bring. Add files, playlists or media sources you have permission to use. No channels or films are included.
02PlaybackA video won’t play. What should I check?
Make sure your internet connection and media link work. Some formats or protected content may not be supported. If the problem continues, email us your app version, iOS version, device model and the steps that caused it. Never send passwords or links containing access tokens.
03ConnectingWhy can’t I connect to my display?
Check that your display, iOS version and playback mode are compatible. For local-network connections, check network access in iOS Settings and make sure your devices can reach each other. Protected content may restrict playback or mirroring.
04PricingIs CarMovi free?
Yes. CarMovi is currently free, with no subscriptions or automatic renewal. Your network provider and third-party content services may charge separately.
05PrivacyHow can I request access to or deletion of my data?
Email [email protected] and describe your request. We will guide you through the next steps. Removing the app does not automatically erase records held by third-party services. Please do not send account passwords.
